Job summary

Vibehackers is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst for the Asia-Pacific FP&A team to drive regional financial planning, forecasting, and management reporting. You will deliver decision-support analyses and lead reporting automation in collaboration with local offices and regional leadership.

The role focuses on revenue and cost analysis, cross-functional initiatives, and delivering insights for regional stakeholders. Located in Gurgaon/Kuala Lumpur with exposure to global finance policies.

Qualifications

• Professional qualification: CA/CPA/MBA with a minimum Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• Experience: ~5–8 years in finance planning & analysis, revenue management or commercial finance; professional services industry experience preferred.
• Technical skills: Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, SAP and Business Object tools required. Experience with Tableau, Power Query, Power Automate and AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot) desired.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination and consolidation of SBU plans and forecasts for the AP region.
• Track regional financial performance and work with local office teams to understand drivers of outcomes.
• Provide decision support including bi-weekly revenue analysis, monthly reporting, backlog reporting, non-billable cost analysis, PA reporting and ad-hoc analyses.
• Deliver reporting automation initiatives and partner with BI&A/product teams on dashboarding and related programs.
• Prepare materials and support regional leadership presentations (EC, OC, WWOM, Leadership meetings).
• Act as a back-up to other AP Regional Finance team members and support roll-out of global finance policies and initiatives.
• Liaise with Global Services, Global Finance and other regional functions; support cross-functional projects to improve reporting and analytics.
