Job summary

Ipca in Pithampur, Madhya Pradesh, is seeking an Aseptic Technician with 0-6 years of experience to support DP Manufacturing. The role requires ITI or Diploma in Chemical or Mechanical disciplines and involves working in aseptic areas under strict cGMP and EHS guidelines.

You will operate aseptic equipment, perform filtration and aseptic connections, and participate in media fills and environmental monitoring. Accurate logbooks and GDP-compliant documentation are essential.

Qualifications

• ITI or Diploma in Chemical or Mechanical discipline required.
• 0-6 years of experience preferred for entry to mid level.
• Familiarity with cGMP, SOPs and EHS procedures is expected.

Responsibilities

• Follow cGMP, SOPs, and EHS procedures during all activities.
• Immediately report deviations, incidents, and unsafe conditions to supervisor.
• Use PPE properly and maintain safe working practices in the aseptic area.
• Ensure proper handling of materials and waste as per EHS guidelines.
• Operate aseptic area equipment such as Filling machine, Capping machine, Tray loader, FIT, BIT and Filtration vessel.
• Perform activities such as filtration, aseptic connections, and handling of sterile product and critical components.
• Participation in media fill (APS), smoke study, and environmental monitoring.
• Perform Aseptic assembly, aseptic filling and aseptic interventions as per defined procedure.
• Maintain accurate logbooks, cleaning records, and qualification documentation in line with GDP requirements.
• Carry out area cleaning and equipment cleaning as per approved SOPs and schedules.
