Qualifications

ITI/ Diploma/ B.Sc with 5–10 years in sterile manufacturing.
Experience in aseptic processing and GMP-compliant operations.
Internal candidates should have at least 2 years in current role.

Responsibilities

Operate equipment such as cartridge washing, filling, sealing, autoclave, and inline visual inspection.
Follow cGMP and data integrity principles; maintain calibration and process logs.
Maintain online documents: BMR, e-log entries, calibration logs, and batch records.
Expose isolator and cartridge line; execute manufacturing plan as instructed.
Support timely execution of activities, installations, and qualifications.
Adhere to GDP and ensure reliable data and documentation.

Job description

To operate the necessary equipment such as cartridge washing, Filling, sealing, Autoclave, Auto Visual Inspection & batch manufacturing operation.
To ensure compliance with cGMP.
Maintain online documents related to production activities like BMR, e -log entries,
calibration Activity, Process logbooks.
Exposure of Isolator and Cartridge line
To execute manufacturing plan as per given instruction.
To manufacture product and operate equipment as per given instruction.
To support in timely execution of scheduled activities, equipment installations, qualifications / re qualifications as per requirement
To work by following GDP and complying to Data reliability principles.
Aware about Data Integrity, Good documentation procedures & cGMP.

Qualifications

Education: ITI/ Diploma/ B.Sc, Total Experience - 5 - 10 Year in sterile manufacturing plant, Note: Candidates who want to apply for internal jobs, must have completed atleast 2 years within existing role.
