Roles & Responsibilities

• Hands‑on development and maintenance on IBM AS400 / iSeries platform using RPG/RPGLE.
• Work on IBM I ERP/Supply Chain Management applications (preferably KBM product).
• Provide 24/7 IBM i technical support, working in shifts as required.
• Perform technical triage, debugging RPG/CL programs to quickly identify root causes and resolve issues within SLAs.
• Create design documents based on client requirements and walkthrough with clients.
• Develop sub‑procedures, subroutines, and service programs as needed.
• Apply technical expertise in free‑format RPG, SQLRPGLE, CL programming, and distributed processing environments.
