Responsibilities

• Provide support in various projects.
• Take up responsibilities for deliverables.
• Mentor and train team members as needed.
• Senior personnel may drive stabilization and performance improvement efforts and mentor juniors.

Nature of work: Associate should be flexible and willing to work in Support or Development work, based on the need.

• Support Projects: Second Shift & On-Calls.
• Excellent Technical and Communication skills,
• Primary Skills: RPG/400, CL/400, DB2/400, RPGLE, CLLE, SQL400
• Exposure to SDLC and all Phases.
• Exposure to Waterfall and Agile Project Methodologies.
• For Senior Profiles (4 yrs and above): Experienced in Stabilization activities, Performance Improvements, willing to help others Technically. Contributions and Value adds done by them in their projects, on top of their regular work.
