Job summary

Mizuho Global Services Pvt Ltd, Chennai, is seeking an Artificial intelligence & machine learning professional to design, develop and deploy AI-driven solutions in banking IT.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of AI/ML experience, strong Python, and hands-on work with LLMs, RAG, Gen AI and agentic AI. This role is based in Chennai with general office hours.

Graduate in finance and accounting preferred; opportunity to work on cutting-edge GenAI projects.

Qualifications

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and data science solutions for business use cases.
• Build and optimize LLM-based applications using modern GenAI techniques.
• Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and improve contextual answer quality.
• Work on agentic AI workflows, tool-calling, orchestration, and autonomous decision-making systems.
• Develop scalable solutions using Python and relevant libraries/packages.
• Fine-tune, evaluate, and monitor ML/LLM models for performance, accuracy, and reliability.
