Job summary

Tecnoprism in Pune is seeking an AI Engineer to design and implement AI-powered solutions across the Software Development Lifecycle. You will leverage Generative AI, LLMs and AI Agents to enhance code generation, test automation, defect analysis, code review and developer productivity.

The role collaborates with Engineering, DevOps and QA to integrate AI capabilities into development and delivery processes.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and implementing AI-powered solutions for the SDLC.
• Strong grasp of Generative AI, LLMs and AI Agents.
• Hands-on with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Gemini or Claude.
• Proficiency in LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex and RAG concepts.
• Solid Python development skills and REST API design.
• Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, ChromaDB, FAISS).
• Familiarity with GitHub, GitLab, Jira, Jenkins and CI/CD pipelines.
• DevOps mindset and software engineering best practices.
• Experience with test automation and code quality tooling.

Responsibilities

• Build AI-driven solutions for code generation, code review, and documentation.
• Develop RAG-based apps and AI Agents for engineering workflows.
• Enable AI-powered test case generation and defect analysis.
