Job summary

Algomine is seeking an AI Engineer to join our Data Science team and work on GenAI projects, including RAG and agent-based solutions. You will build real-world AI applications, prototype ideas, and turn them into production-ready solutions for business users.

You will collaborate with clients, perform requirements analysis, and implement scalable AI systems using Python, LangChain, and Azure services in a fast-paced environment. Flexible work hours and 100% remote options are available.

Qualifications

• Higher education in computer science or related fields such as data science, mathematics, econometrics, or quantitative methods.
• 2+ years of experience as an AI engineer implementing commercial or scientific projects using LLM services.
• Strong knowledge of the Azure environment and OpenAI integrations.
• Very good knowledge of Python.
• Familiarity with RAG techniques, prompt engineering, LLM usage, and Python implementations.
• Basic knowledge of NLP concepts.
• Understanding of good programming practices (code review, Gitlab, CI/CD).
• Strong communication skills and ability to conduct business conversations in English.

You will have the opportunity to build real-world AI applications, prototype new ideas, and turn them into production-ready solutions for business users.

Responsibilities

• Design and implementation of GenAI solutions, building and deploying RAG and agent-based solutions using pre-built LLM models/services.
• Prototyping AI applications for business users.
• Development and implementation of production-level solutions.
• Collaboration with clients, process analysis, requirements gathering.
• Prototyping analytical solutions (testing approaches).
• Presentation of concepts and business cases, discussion of obtained results.
• Evaluation of new technologies, libraries, approaches, and proposing innovative solutions.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of natural language processing (NLP)
• Knowledge of good programming practices (code review, Gitlab, CI/CD)
• Good communication skills, ability to conduct business conversations
