Job summary

Synstack Technologies seeks an AI/GenAI Agent Developer to design and deploy LLM-powered agents and agentic workflows, enabling scalable AI services. The role focuses on MCP integrations, RAG pipelines, and multi-agent architectures, leveraging Python, FastAPI, REST, and cloud platforms for enterprise readiness.

• Build MCP servers, clients, tools, and enterprise integrations.
• Develop RAG pipelines, AI copilots, and multi-agent systems.
• Work with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, or Semantic Kernel.
• Integrate LLMs such as OpenAI/Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or open-source models.
• Build scalable AI services using Python, FastAPI, REST APIs, and cloud platforms.
• Implement prompt engineering, tool/function calling, agent memory, evaluation, and AI security.
