Job summary

Iris Software in Pune seeks an experienced Architect to design scalable systems and platforms across cloud and AI domains. You will lead the creation of robust architectures on AWS and Kubernetes, driving automation, reliability, and cost optimization while embracing new AI technologies.

You will work hands-on to solve complex business challenges, upskill continuously, and shape AI-enabled cloud transformation initiatives for critical business workloads.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Cloud/Platform/Infra/AI Architecture.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS and Kubernetes.
• Experience automating, ensuring reliability, and cost optimization.
• Exposure to AI/LLMs, RAG architectures, agentic systems, and AI platform design.

We are looking for an experienced Architect who is adept at building scalable systems and platforms, solving complex technical challenges, and quickly learning and adopting emerging technologies.

Ideal Profile:

• 8+ years of experience in Cloud, Platform Engineering, Infrastructure, or AI Architecture.
• Strong experience designing and building large-scale platforms on AWS and Kubernetes.
• Creative problem solver with a track record of driving automation, reliability, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Quick learner with demonstrated ability to upskill in emerging AI technologies, certifications, and frameworks.
• Exposure to AI/LLMs, RAG architectures, agentic systems, and AI platform design is highly preferred.
• Strong expertise in AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, Kafka, and CI/CD automation.
