Job summary

Shaurrya Teleservices seeks an experienced AI Solutions Architect to lead the design, deployment, and scaling of enterprise AI solutions for manufacturing and business environments. To build an integrated digital transformation platform for enterprise and manufacturing customers by combining Artificial Intelligence, IoT, Operational Technology (OT), Cloud Infrastructure, Analytics, ERP systems, and Private Large Language Models (Private LLMs).

The AI Solutions Architect will lead the design, implementation, and deployment of enterprise AI solutions that enable secure, intelligent decision-making across manufacturing plants and enterprise environments.

The role will focus on modernizing existing facilities through IoT and analytics while designing AI-ready digital infrastructure for new facilities. The successful candidate will help establish a scalable AI delivery practice capable of serving enterprise customers across India.

   Develop AI adoption roadmaps aligned with customer digital transformation objectives.

   Design scalable AI platforms supporting multiple enterprise environments.

   Recommend AI technologies, frameworks, and deployment models.

2. Private LLM Architecture

   Design and deploy private Large Language Models (LLMs).

   Integrate enterprise knowledge repositories with AI models.

   Implement retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks.

   Ensure secure deployment within customer infrastructure.

   Build enterprise AI assistants for different business functions.
