Role Description

The Articled Assistant will support senior professionals in day-to-day audit, accounting, and taxation assignments in a full-time capacity. Responsibilities include assisting in statutory and internal audits, preparing and maintaining accounting records, and helping with tax computations and filings. The role also involves supporting work related to Company Law compliance, FEMA matters, and basic management consultancy and project finance tasks as guided by supervisors. The Articled Assistant will be expected to document working papers, perform data analysis, and prepare draft reports. This is an on-site role based in Delhi, India, providing hands-on professional training and exposure to client interactions.

Qualifications
