Overview

Job Overview: A Treasury and Lender Relations person will be responsible for managing the company’s treasury functions, ensuring optimal cash flow, and maintaining strong relationships with financial institutions and lenders.

Role and Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for operational and strategic requirements.
• Optimize working capital management, including receivables, payables, and inventory financing.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for banks, financial institutions, and other lenders.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in all treasury transactions and reporting.
• Develop and execute short-term investment strategies to optimize returns.
• Work closely with Lender Relations team and support in the monthly / quarterly / annual reporting activities.
• Maintain relations with existing lenders and co-lending partners to support in the required daily functions.
• Prepare material related to partner reporting and pitching to new partners.

Skills and Qualifications

Education: Master’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA, CFA, or CA preferred)
