• Formal education in Fine Arts, Art Education, or a related field (diploma or degree preferred).
• Prior experience as an art instructor or teacher in an academy, school, or studio setting.
• Effective communication, classroom management, and mentoring skills.
• Ability to create inclusive, safe, and motivating studio environments.
• Willingness to participate in exhibitions, workshops, and academy events.
