Job summary

K12 Techno Services is seeking educators in Bengaluru to develop and deliver engaging lessons aligned with curriculum standards. You will prepare demonstrations, differentiate instruction, and evaluate student progress while maintaining a safe classroom environment.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and a passion for teaching with openness to new techniques. Travel for intercity training (every two months) is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science Education, Art Education, or related field.
• Diploma/Degree in Engineering for Technical Teachers preferred.
• Degree/Diploma in ATD/BFA/Art & Craft for Art Teachers preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Passion for teaching and inspiring students.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with educational technology.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Openness to learning new techniques and teaching methods.
• Willingness to travel for intercity training (every two months).
• Important: candidates must not be allergic to dust due to woodworking activities.

Responsibilities

• Attend all mandatory training sessions scheduled by the central team.
• Be willing to learn and assist with basic maintenance of woodworking machines, hand tools, and electric circuitry (for Technical Teachers).
• Supervise students during hands-on activities and provide guidance as needed.
