ADCI - Karnataka is seeking a Sr. Art Director specializing in Key Art and Campaign Development. You will own project-level visual direction from ideation to approved key art, guiding Visual Designers and presenting concepts to stakeholders.

The role demands strong conceptual thinking, expert image composition, typography, and a hands-on approach to develop distinctive visual territories for entertainment content.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of driving compelling creative strategy and execution at an agency or in-house creative team experience.
• An online portfolio heavily focused on key art, entertainment advertising or campaign concept development.
• Experience leading creative development from concept through approved execution.
• Advanced proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and presentation tools.
• Advanced expertise in composition, photo manipulation, retouching, typography and visual storytelling.
• Experience providing creative direction and feedback to designers.
• Experience managing multiple complex creative projects and deadlines.
• Strong presentation, communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate title narratives, campaign objectives, brand strategy and audience insights into distinctive visual territories.
• Develop hands-on key art comps, concept presentations and campaign explorations.
• Establish composition, imagery, typography, color and visual hierarchy for assigned creative.
• Guide Visual Designers through creative exploration and development, providing clear direction and actionable feedback.
• Own the creative integrity and quality of assigned key art through approval and downstream handoff.
• Present concepts and creative recommendations to stakeholders, articulating the strategic and visual rationale behind the work.
• Evaluate feedback, resolve creative ambiguity and recommend the strongest path forward.
• Partner with the Creative Director on complex, high-profile or strategically sensitive creative decisions.
• Consider talent, photography, licensing, brand and asset limitations during concept development.
• Provide creative direction for photoshoots or image-development activities when required by the project.
• Ensure selected key art can extend thoughtfully across digital, social, OOH, owned-and-operated and other campaign placements.
• Prepare clear visual guidance and organized creative files for finishing, adaptation and production.
• Explore approved creative technologies and AI-assisted workflows where they strengthen concept development or execution.

Creative Studio is seeking a Sr. Art Director specializing in Key Art and Campaign Development. This is a hands-on creative role responsible for developing distinctive visual concepts that communicate the narrative, tone and audience proposition of entertainment and sports content. Working within the broader strategy established by the Creative Director, the Sr. Art Director owns project-level visual direction from ideation through approved key art and campaign development. They guide Visual Designers, present creative recommendations and ensure the selected concept can extend effectively across campaign placements and production requirements. The ideal candidate combines strong conceptual thinking with advanced expertise in image composition, typography, retouching and entertainment advertising. They can transform complex or ambiguous briefs into clear visual territories while maintaining a high creative and technical standard.

• Experience working with talent imagery, unit photography, photoshoots and licensed assets.
• Experience extending key art into integrated 360-degree campaigns.
• Understanding of global campaign development and regional adaptation requirements.
• Familiarity with motion concepting and emerging creative technologies.
