You will establish a scalable design system and produce premium, consistent visuals with execution excellence, collaborating with content and marketing teams.

You will lead day-to-day design tasks, maintain high quality standards, and contribute to brand storytelling through visuals that reflect excellence and aspiration.

Qualificações

• 2–4 years of graphic design experience, preferably in education, lifestyle, or premium brands.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility across digital and print mediums.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Understanding of social media design best practices and platform specifications.
• Ability to work quickly while maintaining high quality standards.
• Strong typography, color theory, and composition skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to accept feedback constructively.

• CREATIVE COLLABORATION: Work with content and marketing teams to visualize concepts and data.

Role Overview

As our Art Director / Designer, you’ll be the visual architect of the EDUCIS brand. You’ll translate our mission and values into compelling visual narratives—from social media graphics and digital ads to presentation decks and event collateral. This role requires both creative vision and execution excellence. You’ll establish our visual identity, create design systems that scale, and produce day-to-day assets that maintain premium quality and consistency. You’ll work closely with the content and marketing teams to ensure every visual touchpoint reflects our commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities

BRAND VISUAL IDENTITY

• Develop and maintain EDUCIS visual identity including logo usage, color palette, typography, and imagery style
• Create brand guidelines and design systems to ensure consistency across all channels
• Evolve the brand aesthetic while maintaining recognizability and premium positioning
• Ensure all visual communications reflect quality, aspiration, and authenticity
• Design engaging social media graphics, infographics, and visual stories for Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook
• Create digital ad creative for paid campaigns across platforms
• Design email newsletter templates and marketing automation visuals
• Develop web graphics, icons, and UI elements for the website and landing pages

STUDENT SUCCESS STORIES

• Design compelling student testimonial graphics and case study layouts
• Create before-and-after visual narratives showcasing student journeys
• Develop infographics highlighting admissions results and outcomes
• Design celebration graphics for student acceptances and achievements

VIDEO & MOTION GRAPHICS

• Edit student testimonial videos and success story reels for social media
• Create short-form video content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn
• Produce and edit webinar recordings, adding graphics, captions, and branding
• Design animated graphics and motion elements to enhance digital content

PRESENTATIONS & COLLATERALS

• Design presentation decks for webinars, parent seminars, and school partnerships
• Create brochures, one-pagers, and service guides for offline and digital distribution
• Develop event materials including banners, standees, and promotional items
• Design downloadable resources like guides, checklists, and templates

CREATIVE COLLABORATION

• Work with content team to visualize complex admissions concepts and data
• Support performance marketing team with high-converting ad creative
• Collaborate with leadership on thought leadership content and presentations
• Manage relationships with external photographers, videographers, and vendors when needed
