Job summary

SRV Media seeks an experienced Art Director to lead the visual direction for integrated marketing campaigns for multiple brands. You will manage a team of designers, collaborate with copywriters, strategists, social teams, and performance marketers to translate concepts into compelling visuals.

You will mentor designers, ensure brand-consistent output, and oversee production of digital assets across campaigns.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in an advertising or digital marketing agency.
• Strong portfolio showing branding and digital-first creative work.
• Proven experience leading creative teams and mentoring designers.
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of Figma and modern design workflows.
• Motion graphics or video production knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent typography, layout, color theory and branding understanding.
• Ability to translate marketing objectives into visual communication.
• Experience with social media, performance marketing, and integrated campaigns.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.

About the Role

As an Art Director, you will lead the visual direction for integrated marketing campaigns while managing a team of designers and collaborating closely with copywriters, strategists, social media teams, and performance marketers. You'll transform creative concepts into visually engaging experiences that elevate brands and deliver business results.

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Experience working with brands across Education, Real Estate, BFSI, Healthcare, or D2C.
• Exposure to AI-powered creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT, or similar platforms is an advantage.
