Job description

We are looking for an experienced Art Director to lead the visual direction of brands and campaigns across digital, social, print, and integrated platforms. The ideal candidate should possess strong conceptual thinking, design expertise, and team leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate closely with Copywriters to create impactful campaigns and ideas.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of creative concepts and campaign ideas in collaboration with Copywriters.
• Translate briefs into compelling visual narratives and integrated campaign executions.
• Oversee the creative quality and consistency of all design deliverables.
• Guide and mentor Visualisers, Designers, and junior creative team members.
• Ensure brand guidelines and creative standards are maintained across all touchpoints.
• Present creative concepts and campaign ideas to internal teams and clients when required.
• Collaborate with Client Servicing, Strategy, Digital, and Production teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Stay updated on design trends, emerging formats, and industry best practices.

Key Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience in an advertising, branding, or integrated marketing agency.
• Proven experience leading creative teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong conceptual thinking, visual storytelling, and art direction skills.
• Excellent understanding of branding, typography, layout, colour, and design principles.
• Ability to convert business objectives into engaging creative solutions.
• Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Technical Skills
