Job summary

Alchemist Marketing Solutions in Pune seeks an experienced Creative Designer to lead mainline design projects. You will craft visuals for print, outdoor, emailers, brochures and newsletters, translating client briefs into fresh campaigns.

The ideal candidate has 8–10 years of experience, a strong portfolio, mastery of Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign and CorelDraw, and the ability to work under tight deadlines with minimal supervision while maintaining high aesthetic standards.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Creativity: Creative designer will need to understand design and smart copy, and provide fresh approaches to creative communications. Should be able to provide creative design solutions for mainline mediums – print ad, outdoor, emailers, brochures, newsletters
• Consistently research on new trends, shifts and opportunities in the field of creative designing

• Foster strong working relationships with internal teams
• Provide stunning & unique visuals for all ideas

Skills required:

• Mad skills on Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign and CorelDraw. Like you got this covered with your eyes closed
• A brilliant portfolio to showcase your above-mentioned mad skills
• Strong conceptual thinking
• An aesthetic sensibility and understanding of color type, illustration, photography, animation, print and layout techniques while designing projects
• An ability to understand overall client brief and contribute ideas as well as design artwork
• Creative thinking to interpret client business needs to develop the final design
• Know online resources for conceptualising designs
• Pay attention to detail
• Be able to multitask and work under strict deadlines
• Be able to work efficiently under minimal supervision
