Job summary

CitrusCopy in Hyderabad is seeking a hands-on Art Director to lead creative direction for diverse projects. This full-time, on-site role focuses on brand consistency, visual storytelling, and delivering compelling campaigns.

You will mentor the design team, manage graphic design and branding initiatives, collaborate across departments, and ensure high-quality outputs that engage target audiences.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Art Direction, Creative Design, or a similar role
• Expertise in Creative Direction, Art Direction, and Branding to develop and guide compelling visual campaigns
• Proficiency in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a keen eye for aesthetics and trends
• Experience in managing design teams, collaborating across departments, and delivering high-quality creative projects within deadlines
• Strong understanding of design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively present ideas and provide constructive feedback
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred

The Art Director will oversee creative direction and art direction for various projects, ensuring alignment with the brand’s vision and objectives. Responsibilities include managing graphic design and branding initiatives, concepting and executing innovative visual content, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring high-quality creative outputs that engage target audiences. The Art Director will also play a pivotal role in mentoring and inspiring the design team to produce impactful and cohesive designs.

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in Art Direction, Creative Design, or a similar role, preferably within a creative agency or in-house marketing team.
• Expertise in Creative Direction, Art Direction, and Branding to develop and guide compelling visual campaigns.
• Proficiency in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a keen eye for aesthetics and trends.
• Experience in managing design teams, collaborating across departments, and delivering high-quality creative projects within deadlines.
