Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Creative Art Director role based in Ahmedabad. The Creative Art Director will lead the visual direction of campaigns, oversee concept development, and ensure cohesive branding across digital and print assets. Day-to-day responsibilities include guiding designers and visual artists, reviewing and refining creative work, and developing art direction that aligns with client objectives and target audiences. The role involves collaborating with account managers and strategists, presenting concepts to clients, and maintaining high-quality standards for graphics, layouts, and brand materials. The Creative Art Director will also stay updated on design trends, digital platforms, and best practices to continuously improve the agencys creative output.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Creative Direction and Art Direction skills to lead visual concepts and oversee execution across campaigns.
• Candidates should possess Branding and Creative Strategy skills to shape brand identities and develop cohesive, goal-oriented creative solutions.
• Candidates should possess Graphics skills, including expertise with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite or similar) and a strong portfolio of visual work.
• Candidates should possess experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting creative concepts to clients and stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
• Relevant education in design, visual communication, fine arts, or a related field, and prior experience in an agency or digital marketing environment, is highly beneficial.
