Job summary

VML, a WPP company, is seeking an Art Director (Motion Designer) to craft visually compelling brand content for mainline and digital platforms. Based in Gurgaon, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on creative direction and deliver assets on schedule.

This role embraces a hybrid work model with teams in the office four days a week, and a culture focused on creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Qualifications

• Motion design experience is a must.
• Graduate/PG with 2-4 years of designing experience.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects.
• Ability to multi-task and meet timelines.
• Collaborate with teams and receptive to feedback.
• Curious mind with passion to create unique, impactful designs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design visually compelling content for brands across mainline and digital platforms; including brand management and advertising campaigns.

• Stay updated on current design trends and technology to incorporate in designs effectively.

Skills & Competencies:

• Motion design experience is a must.
• Graduate/PG (preferably from design college) with 2-4 years of Designing experience (Digital preferred).
• Prior working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and other graphic softwares.
• Ability to multi-task and focus to deliver as per timelines.
• Collaborate with teams, receptive to feedback and appetite for growth.
• A curious mind with the passion to create unique, impactful designs.
