Job summary

Auxilo invites applications for the role of Area Sales Manager - Domestic EL in Delhi. The candidate will drive sales in the education loan segment across BFSI partners, institutions, and direct channels.

The ideal person has 5–8 years of domain experience in Education Loans, Retail Lending or NBFC sales, with strong relationship management and a solid grasp of lending processes to grow the domestic loan portfolio.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of sales experience in BFSI or education loan domain.
• Experience in Education Loans, Retail Lending, Personal Loans, LAP, Mortgage, or NBFC/Banking sales preferred.
• Strong understanding of Domestic Education Loan products and lending processes.
• Knowledge of sales management, customer acquisition, and relationship management.
• Familiarity with the education ecosystem and institutional sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales in the Domestic Education Loan segment through BFSI partners, institutions, and direct channels.
• Build and nurture relationships with key institutions and partners to expand the loan portfolio.
• Monitor market trends and implement effective sales strategies for Delhi region.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth loan origination and servicing.
• Provide timely reporting on sales performance and forecasts.

Key Responsibilities:
