Paytm is seeking a dynamic leader for its Oil and Gas vertical focused on offline payment solutions. The role intends to scale swiping device sales, onboard new merchants, and nurture strong relationships with oil & gas retailers across multiple locations.

The ideal candidate will manage a team, set clear goals, delegate effectively, monitor performance, and coach for continuous improvement in a fast-paced payments ecosystem.

About the team:

The Oil and gas vertical Focused Offline payment solution team. Includes payment of oil/petrol and gas bills via POS and EDC machines. Predominantly dealing with Petrol and gas station Merchants and other Retail business ,handling end to end sales and Operations. Onboarding new merchants for offline solutions and servicing existing merchants. Maintaining good relationship with PSU Companies / Oil marketing Companies.

About the role:

The person should be capable of increasing the sale of EDC machines through proper channels to the merchants across multiple locations.
