Job summary

Paytm Payments Services in India is seeking a dynamic leader for the Oil and Gas vertical's offline payment solutions team. The role focuses on increasing EDC device sales through the merchant network, end-to-end onboarding, and delivering excellent merchant service.

You will hire and build a high-performing team, set clear goals, delegate tasks, monitor performance, and coach members to resolve issues while driving engagement and growth.

Qualifications

• Graduation or Post-graduation in any discipline.
• Experience in B2B sales and merchant onboarding is preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Familiar with POS/EDC merchant devices is a plus.

About the team:

The Oil and gas vertical Focused Offline payment solution team. Includes payment of oil/petrol and gas bills via POS and EDC machines. Predominantly dealing with Petrol and gas station Merchants and other Retail business ,handling end to end sales and Operations. Onboarding new merchants for offline solutions and servicing existing merchants. Maintaining good relationship with PSU Companies / Oil marketing Companies.

About the role:

The person should be capable of increasing the sale of EDC machines through proper channels to the merchants across multiple locations.
