Job summary

SI Surgical Pvt Ltd is seeking an Area Manager for Hyderabad to drive MIS device sales and expand the customer base across the region. You will coordinate with surgeons, hospitals, distributors and internal teams to deliver product demonstrations and drive orders.

The role requires 4–8 years in medical devices sales, strong MIS/laparoscopy knowledge, and a willingness to travel within the territory. A biomedical/engineering or MBA background is preferred.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of sales experience in Medical Devices/MIS/Laparoscopy.
• Strong knowledge of MIS and surgical products.
• Existing network with hospitals, surgeons and distributors in Hyderabad.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
• Graduate/Biomedical Engineer/B.Sc./MBA or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets for MIS products.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, hospitals, purchase departments, biomedical teams and distributors.
• Generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base across Hyderabad and surrounding areas.
• Conduct product presentations, clinical demonstrations and product trials.
• Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure and payment follow-up.
• Develop and manage dealers/distributors in the assigned territory.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with service and technical teams for product demonstrations, installations and customer support.
• Maintain regular sales reports, forecasts and CRM updates.

Position: Area Manager – Hyderabad

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana

Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹70,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Graduate / Biomedical Engineer / B.Sc. / MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
