Job summary

Growth For Impact is seeking a dynamic sales professional for Prayagraj (UP) to drive channel and distributor growth. You will manage and expand the territory, appoint new partners, and work to maximize brand visibility and product awareness in the region.

You will coordinate with dealers and field teams, ensure timely collections, and monitor market trends to sustain growth. The role requires travel and a proven track record in channel sales, with strong negotiation and communication skills.

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
• Drive primary and secondary sales through dealers and distributors.
• Identify new market opportunities and expand territory coverage.
• Appoint new distributors and dealers in the assigned area.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners.
• Ensure partner profitability and engagement.
• Increase brand visibility and product awareness in the territory.
• Conduct promotional activities, dealer meets, and campaigns.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
• Ensure timely collections from dealers and distributors.
• Monitor outstanding payments and reduce credit risk.
• Maintain healthy financial discipline in the territory.
• Ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
• Support field executives and sales coordinators.
• Handle customer queries and resolve escalations.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
• Build long-term relationships with key clients.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Track KPIs like sales growth, conversion ratio, and collection efficiency.
• Provide market feedback and insights to management.
