Growth For Impact is seeking a dynamic sales professional to drive channel sales across the specified territory in India. The role focuses on expanding distributor networks, growing sales volumes, and maintaining strong partner relationships to sustain growth.

You will monitor market trends, coordinate promotions, and ensure timely collections while delivering insightful feedback to management. This is a field-based, target-driven role with travel.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
• Drive primary and secondary sales through dealers and distributors.
• Identify new market opportunities and expand territory coverage.
• Appoint new distributors and dealers in the assigned area.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners.
• Ensure partner profitability and engagement.
• Increase brand visibility and product awareness in the territory.
• Conduct promotional activities, dealer meets, and campaigns.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
• Ensure timely collections from dealers and distributors.
• Monitor outstanding payments and reduce credit risk.
• Maintain healthy financial discipline in the territory.
• Ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
• Support field executives and sales coordinators.
• Handle customer queries and resolve escalations.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
• Build long-term relationships with key clients.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Track KPIs like sales growth, conversion ratio, and collection efficiency.
• Provide market feedback and insights to management.
