Job summary

Chola in Pune, India is seeking a Collections Manager to lead area-wise collection activities, prepare collection plans and set targets for the region. You will obtain and monitor daily commitments from Branch Collection Managers and Team Leads, track branch performance, and drive achievement of targets including ED and NPA.

• Prepare collection plans and set targets for the respective area.
• Obtain and monitor daily collection commitments from Branch Collection Managers / Team Leads.
• Track branch-wise collection performance and drive achievement of targets including ED, NPA, etc.
• Monitor defaulter databases and ensure rigorous follow-up to prevent accounts from moving into subsequent buckets.
• Handle chronic and high-overdue customers through calls and personal visits.
• Drive achievement of revenue targets such as Cheque Bounce Charges (CBC), Additional Finance Charges, etc.
• Monitor NCL and guide branch teams to maintain roll rates, NPA, bucket provisions, and other parameters within budgeted limits.
• Support waiver requests within the defined empowerment matrix and elevate cases beyond authority to Regional/National Collections teams.
• Lead, guide and motivate branch collection teams to achieve business and collection objectives.
