• Strong knowledge of safety compliance regulations and enforcement.
• Spare parts inventory management, procurement, and cost control.
• Experience managing Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) and driving service revenue.
• Root cause analysis and hydraulic troubleshooting expertise.
• Excellent leadership and escalations management in service operations.
