Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate with 5–10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in sales and collections of JLG products preferred.
• Strong governance and compliance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Primarily responsible for sales and collections of JLG product.
• Maintain high collections efficiency across buckets, target above 99.5%.
• NTB acquisition of customers with retention of existing customers.
• Drive portfolio growth by increasing number of customers and disbursal amounts.
• Ensure high compliance standards with governance and minimal process lapses.
• Deliver best customer service with minimal escalations and drive digital initiatives.

Job Purpose:

'Ensuring high class portfolio quality by maintaining collections efficiency with consistent growth in portfolio along with maintaining high compliance standard

Roles & Responsibilities

• Primarily responsible for sales and collections of JLG product.
• Maintaining high class Collections efficiency across buckets as desired by the bank. Current bucket collections to be above 99.5%
• NTB acquisition of customers with retention of existing customers
• Constant growth in the portfolio by increasing number of customers and consistently delivering desired disbursal amount.
• High compliance standards with continuous portfolio checks. Ensuring minimum governance issues and process lapses
• Ensuring best customer service with minimum/zero escalations
• Driving digital initiatives within the product.

Secondary Responsibilities

• Share best practices and competitive intelligence with other regions and clusters to foster knowledge exchange and consistent performance.
• Uphold high ethical standards and ensure adherence to all statutory and regulatory guidelines.
• Drive livelihood development and community upliftment initiatives, aligning with the bank’s broader social responsibility goals.
• Empower team by offering continuous training, coaching, and mentorship to enhance productivity and service quality.
