Job summary

Bharti AXA Life Insurance is seeking an Area Head Direct Channel (DD) in Mumbai. You will lead a team of 10-12 members to drive life insurance sales through direct channels, develop growth strategies, and build strong client and partner relationships to boost revenue.

You will coach, review performance, and coordinate with underwriting, operations, and customer service to ensure timely policy issuance and robust persistency. A track record in direct sales and leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Insurance Sector.
• 4-5 years of experience in direct sales or related field (life insurance preferred).
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets through direct channels.
• Strong understanding of financial services industry, particularly life insurance products.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage a team of 10-12 members to achieve sales targets through direct channel sales.

• Follow all IRDAI regulations, compliance standards, and company sales processes.
