Job summary

Bharti AXA Life Insurance is seeking a Relationship Manager Direct Channel (DD) in Ranchi. The role focuses on acquiring new customers directly, generating quality leads, and promoting life insurance products to achieve targets.

You will build long-term customer relationships and understand financial protection needs to provide suitable solutions. You will manage direct sales, meet customers, handle objections, follow up leads to policy issuance, and coordinate with underwriting and operations

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through direct sales activities, customer references, walk‑ins, corporate leads, and digital lead sources.
• Prospect and identify potential customers for life insurance and investment solutions.
• Meet customers to understand their financial goals and recommend suitable protection and savings plans.
• Achieve individual sales targets related to premium collection, policy issuance, and revenue generation.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to maximize repeat business and referrals.
• Handle customer objections professionally and provide suitable insurance solutions.
• Ensure timely follow-up of generated leads until successful policy issuance.
• Coordinate with underwriting, operations, and customer service teams for smooth policy processing.
• Participate in lead generation campaigns, corporate events, financial awareness programs, and promotional activities.
• Maintain policy persistency by conducting regular customer engagement and renewal follow-ups.
• Stay updated with insurance products, market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory guidelines.
• Follow all IRDAI regulations, compliance standards, and company sales processes.
