Bharti AXA Life Insurance in Bhubaneswar (preferably Cuttack) seeks an Area Head Direct Channel to lead a 10–12 member team and drive direct channel life insurance sales. The role focuses on strategy, coaching, and key client relationships to achieve targets.

You will optimize sales processes, mentor staff, and ensure compliant operations while pursuing revenue growth and policy issuance targets in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Insurance Sector.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 10-12 members to achieve sales targets through direct channel sales.
