You will review CAMs, financials, banking surrogates, and collateral, and conduct field visits for high-risk cases. • Graduate /Post-Graduate in Finance, Commerce, or related field.
• 4-7 years in credit appraisal/underwriting with team handling experience.

• Drive PDD/deferral closure within SLA; ensure maker-checker controls and QC audits.
• Coordinate with legal/technical/ops for sanction to disbursement and risk mitigation.
• Maintain audit readiness and close observations on time; train team on policy changes.
