Paytm is seeking a seasoned collections leader to drive the area-specific targets and oversee a large team of collection officers. You will monitor productivity, ensure proper field coverage, and coordinate with agencies to enforce repayment plans. Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills are a must.

The role requires ongoing collaboration with internal teams and external agencies to optimize recovery while maintaining compliance and customer care.

• Minimum 5 years in collections or related roles.

• Background checks of agencies and training needs management for collection executives

Responsabilidades

• Lead the collections targets for the area assigned and control flow cases.
• Handle a large team of collection officers, monitor productivity and performance.
• Ensure adequate feet on street availability and bucket/segment wise management.
• Support collection officers in legal and police issues and collection activities.
• Conduct weekly reviews with collection executives and ensure documented feedback.

About the team:

Liaison between the creditors and consumers. They are in charge of observing accounts to identify overdue payments, report collection activity, address client queries, and develop repayment plans.

About the role:

Lead the collections target and control collection flow for specified area. Handle large team of collection officers, their productivity and performance.

Expectations/ Requirements:

1. 1. To Achieve Collection targets of the area assigned, control flow cases and focus on non starters.
2. 2. Ensured documented feedback.
3. 3. Ensure Adequate feet on Street availability/bucket wise /segment wise
4. 4. Manage productivity for fixing productivity parameters for Collection Officers Agencies/In-house team
5. 5. Monitoring performance against set parameters and weekly review with Collection executives.
6. 6. Ensuring background check of all collection agencies hired/Identify and manage training needs of the Collection Executives/ Evaluation of performance of all CE
7. 7. Support Collection officers in legal /Police issues/Collection Activities
