Tekskills Inc. seeks an ARCS consultant to design, configure, and deploy Oracle ARCS modules, ensuring alignment with accounting policies. You will optimize transaction matching rules for high-volume reconciliations and stay current with Oracle updates to leverage new features.

Additionally, you will master Smart View to create advanced ad-hoc reports, while coordinating data integration from ERP systems and leading UAT, validation, and training efforts for end-users and administrators.

• Lead end-to-end Oracle ARCS implementation aligned to accounting policies.
• Develop and optimize transaction matching rules for high-volume reconciliations.
• Stay updated with Oracle monthly updates to adopt new features.

Responsabilités

• Smart View mastery: build ad-hoc reports and Excel templates for reconciliation monitoring.
• Data integration: collaborate with IT to ensure seamless data flows from ERP systems into ARCS.
• UAT leadership: define UAT scripts, manage bug tracking, and validate reconciliation profiles.
• Training: deliver end-user training and create SOP documentation for admins and users.
• System validation: ensure reconciliation formats meet audit and SOX compliance.

Role ARCS consultant

Implementation & Product Expertise

• Lead End-to-End Implementation: Design, configure, and deploy Oracle ARCS modules, ensuring alignment with corporate accounting policies.
• Transaction Matching (TM) Specialist: Build and optimize complex matching rules to automate high-volume reconciliations (e.g., intercompany, bank-to-book, and credit cards).
• Feature Optimization: Stay ahead of Oracle's monthly updates to implement new features that drive efficiency.

2. Reporting & Smart View Integration

• Smart View Mastery: Serve as the internal "Power User" for Oracle Smart View, building advanced ad-hoc reports and Excel-based templates for reconciliation monitoring.
• Data Integration: Collaborate with IT to ensure seamless data flows from ERP systems (e.g., Oracle Fusion, SAP, or NetSuite) into ARCS.

3. Testing & Quality Assurance

• UAT Leadership: Define UAT scripts, manage bug tracking, and facilitate the testing of Transaction Matching logic and reconciliation profiles.
• System Validation: Ensure all reconciliation formats and profiles meet audit and compliance standards (SOX).

4. Training & Documentation

• User Enablement: Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for end-users and administrators.
• SOP Development: Create and maintain detailed documentation, including technical configuration guides, "How-To" manuals for end-users, and process flowcharts.
