Job summary

VM HR Solutions is seeking a Project Coordinator specialized in Architectural Visualization (ArchViz) for a minimum 1-year contract. The role involves coordinating with international clients (primarily North America) and supporting the production team through image preparation, photo editing, and final compositing for premium renders.

The ideal candidate has a B.Arch and 3–5 years of architecture experience, with strong communication skills and a solid understanding of the ArchViz pipeline.

Qualifications

• B.Arch (Bachelor of Architecture) mandatory.
• 3–5 years industry experience (architecture).
• Experience in project coordination or client-facing roles, ideally with international US/Canada clients.
• Strong understanding of architectural visualization pipeline.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong visual/architectural terminology knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients and internal production teams (3D artists, draftsmen, designers).
• Review drawings, briefs, and deliverables including photorealistic renderings, VR tours, panoramas, walkthroughs, CAD drawings.
• Provide creative and technical direction to improve visualization outcomes.
• Oversee post‑production and ensure final images meet quality standards.
• Translate client feedback into actionable instructions for the team.
• Support additional coordination tasks as needed.

Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator specializing in Architectural Visualization (ArchViz) for a minimum 1-year contract, with the potential for extension. The role involves coordinating closely with international clients—primarily across North America—and supporting the production team through image preparation, photo editing, and final compositing for premium architectural render outputs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the key communication link between clients (Architects, Developers, Interior Designers) and the internal production teams (3D Artists, Draftsmen, Designers).
• Review architectural drawings, project briefs, and required deliverables including: Photorealistic 3D renderings, VR tours and panoramic imagery, Walkthrough / animation videos, CAD and technical drawings,
• Provide creative and technical direction to enhance visualization outcomes.
• Oversee post-production tasks and ensure final images meet quality standards before delivery.
• Interpret, summarize, and translate client feedback into clear, actionable instructions for the team.
• Support additional coordination or project-related tasks when required.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• B.Arch (Bachelor of Architecture) – Mandatory
• Prior experience in project coordination or client-facing roles, ideally with exposure to international (especially US/Canada) clients.
• Strong understanding of the architectural visualization pipeline.
• 3 to 5 years industry experience (architecture) minimum.
• Ability to read, interpret, and analyze architectural and interior design drawings.
• Solid grounding in architectural and design terminology.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong visual and aesthetic judgement with an eye for detail.

Software / Tools Proficiency

• Online post-production and annotation tools
• Microsoft Office Suite

Duration: minimum 1 year (renewable based on performance and business requirements)
