Job summary

MMK is seeking an Architectural Draftsman for Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai with 3–5 years of drafting experience. You will handle AutoCAD tasks across architectural, civil, interior and MEP domains, support site plans and elevations, and create CAD drawings from sketches.

Proficiency in Lumion and SketchUp for renderings and 3D models is essential. You will collaborate with senior architects on drawings, perform site surveys, and produce high-quality visuals for residential and commercial projects.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of drafting experience in architectural, civil, interior or MEP sectors.
• Graduate/Diploma/ITI in relevant field.
• Location in Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai.

Responsibilities

• Scope AutoCAD drafting for architectural, civil, interior and MEP services.
• Assist in preparing site plans, elevations, sections and details.
• Assist senior architects in creating CAD drawings from sketches and hand-drawn drafts.
• Develop AutoCAD drawings for residential and commercial projects.
• Perform site surveys to collect data on existing conditions onsite.
• Produce high-quality renderings using Lumion software.
• Create 3D models of proposed buildings using SketchUp.
• Create 3D representations of designs using CAD software.
