Job summary

HSA is seeking an Architect/Senior Architect in Mumbai with 7–8 years of experience. You will lead architectural design and documentation, coordinate with consultants and clients, and drive project delivery within budget and schedule.

We value strong AutoCAD skills, knowledge of allied services, and thorough understanding of development processes. The role requires registration with the Council of Architecture and a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.

Qualifications

• Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and be registered with the Council of Architecture.
• Experience in architecture practice with strong design and detailing capabilities.
• Ability to produce accurate CAD drawings and related project deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Understand and meet quality standards and internal processes for drawings, coordination and documentation.
• Grasp deliverable requirements and project schedules.
• Prepare internal delivery schedules and resource budgets within budgets.
• Drive projects through consultant coordination and client management.
• Provide inputs on statutory requirements, clash detection and problem solving.
• Offer technical solutions to meet design intent by the core design team.

Responsibilities:

• Understanding and meeting quality standards and internal processes of HSA for drawings, coordination & documentation.
• Understanding deliverable requirement & schedule for assigned projects.
• Preparing internal deliverable schedules & resource budgeting, balancing priorities and meeting the same within assigned budget limits.
• Driving projects via effective consultant coordination and client management.
• Providing proactive inputs on basic statutory requirements, error / clash detection and problem solving at various stages of project.
• Providing technical solutions and details to meet/match design intent by core design team.

Skills Must Have:

• Advanced Knowledge of AutoCAD Software
• Knowledge about allied services
• Thorough knowledge of architectural design & development processes, materials, detailing etc.
• Speed and accuracy in CAD drawings
• Office software like Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Qualification:

• Bachelor\'s degree of Architecture
• Essential: Registered Member of Council of Architecture.
