Job summary

PepsiCo Hyderabad seeks an experienced SAP ERP/DSD specialist to lead migration, data validation, and governance across SAP S/4HANA transitions. You will design remediation for obsoleted functions, prepare systems, and oversee data migration with a focus on quality and compliance.

The role requires strong governance, testing, and change-management capabilities, along with hands-on experience in SAP SolMan, Azure DevOps, and related tools. Collaboration with global teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ -15 years of experience configuring, deploying and managing SAP ERP with a focus on SAP DSD Preparation, DSD Execution and DSD Settlement related setups.
• Hands-on experience around master data required for Product Costing and Production Planning & Execution.
• Integration across other functional areas, i.e., Production planning, Procurement.
• Prior experience on S4 Migration or experience data validation strategy would be preferred.
• Proven experience in the governance of a global ERP template.
• Deep understanding of project test phases and testing automation tools.
• Fully aware of the SAP security design implications through global roles. Familiar to the GRC best practices in large corporations as PepsiCo.

• Create design documents for obsoleted functionalities and remediation.
• Prepare SAP system for migration with notes and pre-migration checks.
• Oversee data migration from legacy systems to SAP S/4HANA ensuring quality and compliance.
• Conduct thorough testing to validate functionality and performance.
• Support change management to identify impacted processes/transactions.
• Provide training and support to super users for the change.
• Ensure governance across Supply Chain Execution areas and adherence to IT operating model.

This role sits within the ServiceNow Center of Excellence (C4E) and serves as the enterprise leader for personalization and experience design on the ServiceNow platform. You will lead the design, development, and governance of personalized, AIenabled, and rolebased experiences that power our Digital Employee Experience (DEEx), IT, HR, ESM, and enterprise service journeys.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure Seamless Migration: Ensure that SAP ECC processes are remediated and migrated to SAP S/4 Direct Store Delivery (DSD) without any design gaps. Take ownership of work in Indirects area performed by multiple vendor teams involved for remidiation and data.
• Design and Build: Create design documentations where existing functionalities have become obsolete. Remediate object which are identified by for remediation
• System Readiness: Prepare the current SAP system for migration by applying necessary updates and configurations, such as SAP notes and pre-migration checks.
• Data Migration : Oversee the technical migration of data from legacy systems to the SAP S/4HANA environment. Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance throughout the migration process by conducting data validation and reconciliation
• Comprehensive Testing: Conduct thorough testing to validate the functionality and performance of the new system, ensuring it meets all business requirements and standards.
• Change Management: Support the Change management in identifies processes and/or transactions which will get impacted.
• Training and Support: Provide training and support to super users for the changes to ensure a smooth transition and effective use of the new system.
• Governance and Compliance: Ensure adherence to the internal IT operating model, including technology standards, project life cycle methodology, release management, change management, and other related processes and procedures, SLAs, and controls compliance. Accountable for ensuring proper governance is followed for all Supply Chain Execution areas.
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelors degree is required. Computer Science or Information Systems is preferred.
• 8+ -15 years of experience configuring, deploying and managing SAP ERP with a focus on SAP DSD Preparation, DSD Execution and DSD Settlement related setups.
• Hand-on experience around master data required for Product Costing and Production Planning & Execution
• Integration across other functional areas, i.e., Production planning, Procurement
• Prior experience on S4 Migration or experience data validation strategy would be preferred.
• Proven experience in the governance of a global ERP template.
• Deep understanding of project test phases and testing automation tools.
• Fully aware of the SAP security design implications through global roles. Familiar to the GRC best practices in large corporations as PepsiCo
• Dispatches standard SAP quality issues with OSS (Online SAP Services) and follows up the required break fixes
• Ability to work flexible hours based on varying business requirements
• Knowledge and experience in the following tools, disciplines and processes are nice to have: SAP SolMan 7+, Azure DevOps, Quality Center and MS Project
• Experience with Global Sectors/Markets preferred
