Job summary

UST is seeking an experienced SAP MTD PP/PE/QM resource to work on diverse SAP projects. The candidate will perform hands-on configuration, FSD, and testing across production master data, integration to warehouse, and make-to-stock processes.

Strong collaboration with FI/MM/SD teams and OSS issue management is required. The role expects deep knowledge of SAP security implications, data migration, and testing automation, with the ability to adapt to changing timelines and business needs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience configuring, deploying, and managing SAP ERP (ECC or SAP S4 HANA) with a focus on Production Planning and Production Execution.
• Strong understanding of the integration with FI, MM, SD, etc. modules.
• Knowledge of master data objects in Production Execution, data migration processes and tools.
• Deep understanding of project test phases and testing automation tools.
• Aware of SAP security design implications.
• Dispatches standard SAP quality issues with OSS and follows up break fixes.
• Excellent communication across all project levels and flexible hours as required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Make to Deploy Global Process and Solution Design Leads to implement end-to-end solutions.
• Support decision-making for Production Execution localization during deployment.
• Ensure global policies are reflected in the project deliverables and localization is appropriate.
• Engage business process owners to optimize, simplify, and standardize SAP solutions.

Role Description We are looking to onboard an SAP MTD PP/PE/QM resource into my team who can work with me on various short-term and long-term projects. Detailed JD is mentioned below, and the candidate will be required to deal extensively in hands-on activities in SAP - config, FSD, testing etc. Core functional areas:

• Production Master Data (ex. Material, Bills of Material, Recipes, Production Resource and Version)
• Production Integration - Raw Material/Packaging Consumption and Receipt in Warehouse
• Make-to-Stock Production - Process Industry, Discrete Manufacturing
• Rework Processing (Stock-Manufactured Material)
• Production External Processing
• Make-to-Stock Production with Variant Configuration
• Integration of Manufacturing Execution System to Production Operation
• Integration with IBP (Integration Business Planning - Supply Chain Planning - Forecast to Schedule) Skillset and experience required:
