Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Work closely with development teams to clarify requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Drive agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and reviews.
• Ensure timely delivery of features, updates, and improvements with high quality.
• Bridge the gap between stakeholder needs and technical execution by eliciting, analyzing, and documenting precise system specifications.
• Monitor product performance and user feedback to continuously enhance the platform.

• Experience with software update protocols such as HTTP(S), MQTT.
• Understanding of database and storage solutions relevant for OTA update metadata.
• Monitoring, logging, and telemetry platforms for backend health.
• Requirement management and agile tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Device firmware, embedded software, and compatibility issues.
• OTA constraints such as delta updates, rollback mechanisms.
