Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in Bengaluru seeks a BIM/CAD landscape engineer to support landscape design and multi-disciplinary production activities, complying with CAD/BIM standards including GDF and ISO 19650. Hands-on Autodesk Revit and/or Civil 3D experience is preferred; ability to read engineering drawings, produce complex drawings/models, and work with limited supervision to deliver timely results.

Candidates with B.Arch or Diploma in Architecture (4–6 years BIM experience) or Civil Engineering

Overview

Your Role

Knowledge of multi-disciplinary and multi-regional project to comply with the relevant CAD/BIM Standards including GDF & ISO 19650.

The selected candidate will be part of the Landscape Team and will support landscape design and BIM/CAD production activities.

Hands-on experience in Autodesk Revit and/or Civil 3D is preferred.

Knowledge of landscape-related BIM workflows, drawings, and modelling would be an added advantage

Ability to read & interpret engineering drawings and specifications. Ability to work using engineers' calculations and design in producing drawings/ 3D modelling. Capable of preparing complex drawings/models.

Work independently and take proactive initiative, learn on the job with minimum supervision.

Developing skills to check the work of others within limited areas of work.

Able to apply tools, element library and other digital applications to improve efficiency.

Good knowledge of standard codes and EDMS (Electronic Data Management System)

Awareness of BMS/QSE procedures.

Able to produce effort (time) estimates for specific BIM related tasks within own discipline under guidance

Has worked on projects/tasks and starting to work with minimum supervision in some areas of their discipline.

About you

Qualification

This role is open to B.Arch (Bachelor of Architecture) graduates and Diploma in Architecture candidates with up to 4 years up to 6 years of relevant experience in the BIM domain or duly qualified having exceptional work experience track record

Candidates with a Civil Engineering background are also encouraged to apply, provided they have an interest in developing their career within the Landscape domain.
