Job summary

Genpact in Hyderabad, India seeks an Architect - Application Development S to own data as-is and to-be state, merge and analyze large workforce datasets, ensure data integrity, and build dashboards for stakeholders.

You will collaborate with project teams and business leaders, manage real-time data changes, and ensure data quality across Workday and OrgVue, operating in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Engineering/CS/IT or related field.
• Experience with data analytics, dashboards, and data validation.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, ERP systems, and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Own single source of truth for organizational data (as-is and to-be).
• Merge, clean, and analyze large datasets related to our workforce.
• Ensure data integrity and validation rules across systems.
• Understand data flows and usage in different systems.
• Develop and maintain dashboards/visualizations for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project team, P&O BPs and leaders for data validation and requirements.
• Maintain OrgVue data uploads & downloads.
• Be present in meetings to capture data changes in real-time.
• Flag inconsistencies and data quality issues proactively.
• Manage deliverables against tight timelines with confidentiality.
• Understand Workday and OrgVue contexts.

Job Description

• Become and own single source if truth of organizational data (as is and to be) in org Vue
• Merge, clean, and analyze large and complex datasets related to our workforce
• Ensure data integrity, quality, and accuracy through validation rules
• Understand how data flows and is used in various systems and processes
• Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations to communicate data-driven insights to key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project team, P&O BPs and business leaders for data validation and to translate business questions into analytical requirements
• Maintain orgvue data (uploads & downloads)
• Be present in meetings with key stakeholders to capture data changes and reflect in systems in real-time
• Proactively flag inconsistencies in data and where data integrity is lacking
• Manage deliverables against tight timelines and with utmost confidentality
• Understanding for workday and orgvue
