Job summary

Genpact is seeking an Architect - Application Development to lead large-scale software architecture initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape technical requirements, evaluate new technologies, and ensure coding standards throughout the lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has strong English communication skills, architectural leadership experience, and a track record of delivering scalable solutions in fast-paced environments. Hybrid work in India is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in engineering or related field; Masters preferred.
• Proficiency in English (Required) with strong communication skills.
• Experience designing software architecture for large-scale apps.
