Kapil Mehta and Associates (KMA), an architectural consultancy, is seeking architects with a keen interest in building planning, architectural design and construction detailing to join the team. The role involves designing buildings, developing layouts, preparing working drawings and coordinating with clients, consultants and site teams to translate concepts into practical, well-planned buildings.

We welcome both fresh graduates and experienced professionals for diverse building projects.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Architecture from a recognised institution.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD is essential.
• Basic understanding of architectural planning, building design and construction drawings.
• Ability to read, understand and prepare architectural plans, elevations, sections and details.
• An understanding of construction materials, building components and site execution will be an advantage.
• Good communication skills, willingness to learn and the ability to work as part of a team.

Responsabilités

• Prepare architectural plans, floor layouts, elevations, sections and detailed working drawings.
• Develop building design concepts, space planning and functional layouts.
• Prepare accurate architectural drawings using AutoCAD.
• Develop construction details and drawings for execution at site.
• Assist in design development, drawing revisions and project documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, structural consultants, service consultants and site teams.
• Incorporate design changes and ensure drawings are clear, coordinated and practical for construction.

The role involves designing buildings, developing architectural layouts, preparing working drawings and coordinating with clients, consultants and site teams to translate design concepts into practical, well-planned buildings.

Key Responsibilities
