Responsibilities

• Coordinate architectural drawings and design deliverables with structural, MEP, interior, and other consultants.
• Review architectural drawings for design intent, technical accuracy, constructability, and coordination with other disciplines.
• Oversee and monitor MoMs, follow up on action items, assign responsibilities, and close issues on time.
• Facilitate design reviews and resolve design discrepancies and technical issues promptly.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams for seamless execution.
• Monitor drawing submissions, revisions, approvals, and ensure latest drawings are available at site.
• Identify design conflicts and interface issues and drive timely resolution to avoid delays.
• Ensure design development and site execution align with approved drawings, specs, and quality.
• Track design changes and coordinate their implementation across disciplines.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and familiarity with Revit/BIM is advantageous.
• Excellent communication, coordination, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple design interfaces and ensure timely closure of issues.

Ashapurna Buildcon Limited is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Architect for its upcoming 5-star upscale hotel project in Jodhpur. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in architectural design coordination with various consultants, drawing reviews, and consultant management, preferably with experience in hotel or hospitality projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate architectural drawings and design deliverables with structural, MEP, interior, and other consultants.
• Review architectural drawings for design intent, technical accuracy, constructability, and coordination with other disciplines.
• Oversee and monitor the preparation, circulation, and timely execution of Minutes of Meetings (MoMs), ensuring proper follow-up on action points, clear assignment of responsibilities, and closure of pending issues within agreed timelines.
• Facilitate design reviews and ensure timely resolution of design discrepancies and technical issues.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal project teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Monitor drawing submissions, revisions, approvals, and ensure the latest approved drawings are available at the site.
• Identify design conflicts and interface issues and drive timely resolution to avoid delays in project execution.
• Ensure that design development and site execution remain aligned with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
