PlanWize Constructions & Promoters is seeking an on-site Architect in Vellore to conceive and develop designs for luxury villas, apartments, and commercial buildings that meet Vaastu and quality standards.

You will create conceptual and detailed drawings, prepare floor plans and elevations, and coordinate with structural and MEP engineers, interior designers, and site teams to ensure timely delivery and compliance with codes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and basic 3D viz.
• Understanding Vaastu, building codes, and luxury residential/commercial standards.
• Experience coordinating with engineers, contractors, and interior designers.
• Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Vellore. The Architect will be responsible for conceiving and developing architectural designs for villas, apartments, and commercial buildings that align with the company’s standards for luxury, functionality, and Vaastu compliance. Day-to-day tasks include creating conceptual and detailed drawings, preparing floor plans and elevations, coordinating with structural and MEP engineers, and collaborating closely with interior designers and site teams. The role involves regular site visits to monitor progress, ensure design adherence, and resolve technical issues, as well as interacting with clients to understand requirements and present design proposals. The Architect will also support timely project execution by preparing documentation, reviewing contractor work, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes and regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong architectural design skills, including concept development, space planning, and detailed drawings.
• Proficiency with architectural design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) and basic 3D visualization tools.
• Understanding of Vaastu principles, local building codes, and best practices in residential and commercial construction.
• Experience in coordinating with engineers, contractors, and interior designers, and in conducting on-site inspections.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to translate requirements into practical design solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent from a recognized institution; professional registration or licensure is an advantage.
• Proven experience in designing luxury villas or apartment projects; familiarity with high-quality finishes and modern amenities.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and commitment to meeting deadlines and quality standards.
